The Mila Journal (“we”, “us”) is a digital editorial publication. We aim to handle visitor information with the same care we put into the writing.

Information we collect
When you visit milajournal.com, we collect limited information needed to operate the site: pages visited, approximate location (from IP), device type, and referring site.
When you subscribe to The Sunday Letter, we collect your email address — and nothing else — so we can send you the weekly note.
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to share: name, email, subject, and the message itself.
How we use information
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the journal, to send The Sunday Letter when you have subscribed, and to respond to messages you send us.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention & deletion
Newsletter subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for the time needed to reply and to maintain a record of our conversation.
You can request deletion at any time by writing to hello@milajournal.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, please write to us.
